Do you find Retraction Watch valuable?

Dear Retraction Watch reader:

We know that you enjoy reading Retraction Watch, which we created as a passion project seven and a half years ago. We hope that you find what it has grown into to be useful — and valuable.

Reporting and writing two posts per weekday, on average, and curating links for Weekend Reads, takes significant resources. Our small and dedicated staff sifts through story tips, digs into documents, and makes phone calls to understand what’s really going on. Maintaining the most comprehensive database of nearly 17,000 retractions — free to use — also requires resources.

And that’s where you come in. We need your financial support. If each of our 150,000 unique visitors per month contributed just $3 — not per month, but per year — we’d easily cover our annual budget, and even have room for growth. We’d of course be grateful if you contributed more than that, if you’re able.

Thanks in advance for considering a tax-deductible donation today to The Center For Scientific Integrity, our parent non-profit organization. See the buttons below for how.
